No. Every design is drawn from scratch here — that's the whole point of the lab. If you already have a logo or file, send it and I'll build around it.
Tracking is emailed as soon as your package leaves the bench. If it's been more than 5 business days without a tracking email, message me with your order number and I'll chase it down.
Yes — 30 days on unworn, unwashed pieces. Since everything is printed to order, we handle sizing swaps rather than blanket returns.
Yes. Rates calculate at checkout based on destination. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
